She provides compassionate, flexible, and evidence-based care with a focus on supporting parents through the perinatal period and beyond. Aliza has over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, children and families and advanced training through Postpartum Support International. She is also the mother of two young children. Aliza’s goal is to help you feel supported, make sense, and manage any confusing or disturbing thoughts and feelings, support you to strengthen your existing relationships, build your support network, and your confidence.
