Aidan Black-Allen brings over a decade of experience supporting families as a coach, educator, and doula. She has helped families navigate pregnancy, birth, infant care, and sleep challenges. She holds various accreditations including Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified Infant Sleep Educator, Holistic Sleep Coach OCN Level 6, and Certified Lactation Educator. Aidan is a mother to three and began her career as a parental support practitioner after the traumatic birth of her first child. At Koble, Aidan helps new parents with birth preparation and sleep difficulties. Her approach to care is to foster confidence through unbiased and evidence-based information. She strives to offer empathetic and encouraging support with an emphasis on the unique needs of each parent and family.
