Caitlin Black Allen

Caitlin Black Allen is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Her passion is working with families to help achieve their personal infant feeding goals. She started her career as an elementary school teacher, teaching math and physical education. After the birth of her first child, she realized her interest in women's reproductive health and the postpartum period.

Since completing her IBCLC certification, she has helped thousands of families with breastfeeding, chest feeding, bottle feeding, and solid feeding adventures. Caitlin provides one-on-one support, group support, and home visits through her practice ‘Nurture Lactation Services’ located in Mississauga, Ontario. Caitlin is the mother of three little boys and two stepchildren. She enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new places.
